Now with the help of 3D technology, virtual reality experience can offer a truly imaginary practice, along with the vividness of human organs come to life, to better visualize health and wellness.

You can do this meditation while you are seated or in lying down position.

You will choose from 7 organs as to which organ you wish to work on. Note that if you can not find the organ you are looking for, you can always choose the individual target on the right side of the screen.

Next, a beautiful colored Mandala will appear, along with soothing music. The meditation will be guided, so no experience is needed. Note that you can always close your eyes, but during the meditation ONLY.

Once you see your target and "shot it", it is important to add real emotions/affirmation during this action.
For example, you might think: "Im taking control of my body! I am better without you! How dare you come into my life and hurt my body! You dont belong here"! Or you could be softer and think: "Thank you for coming into my life. I have learned the lesson, so you are free to go now!
